Spar China has announced that it opened six new stores in the provinces of Guangdong, Beijing and Shandong between 13 March and 1 May.
The retailer opened four new stores in the Guangdong province during this period, and one each in Beijing and Shandong.
The stores offer a wide range of daily essentials and follow comprehensive hygiene measures to ensure the health and safety of its customers and employees, the retailer said.
Store Launches
In March, two new Spar stores were launched in Dongguan City in Guangdong, at Shatian Biguiyuan store and Bihai Lanwan.
This was followed up with store openings at Songhu Xingfuyuan store and Chashan Napa Xigu in Guangdong, in April.
Elsewhere, in Shandong, the retailer opened the high-end Zibo Hongcheng Hypermarket at a prime location in Zibo New District, Zibo City.
The 6,200 square-metre store features modern design using half-height displays, allowing customers to have a panoramic view of the store upon entering the premises.
Lastly, in Beijing, Spar launched the Yizhuang supermarket on 1 May.
