Spar has announced that it has opened four stores in eastern Spain, which includes three renovated outlets and one new store.
The stores have been opened by Spar Spain member, Fragadis, and offer an assortment of local products.
The new store, located in Alcoletge, Lérida, is a Eurospar supermarket with a sales area of more than 1,300 square metres.
The store, operated by a team of 16 people, offers a convenient shopping experience to customers with a wide range of private label as well as a-brand products.
The assortment includes organic and gluten-free products, fresh fruit and vegetables, freshly baked bread, and pastries.
The store also has a traditional butchery and counters for fishmongers and delicatessen.
Renovated Outlets
The retailer also opened three renovated stores in Vinaroz, El Vendrel, and Villajoyosa.
The refurbished outlets are equipped with energy-efficient refrigeration and LED lights.
The outlet in Vinaroz is a modern neighbourhood supermarket, run by a 12-member team.
It offers a wide assortment of top brands and Spar’s own-brand items as well as fresh products in a self-service format.
The store also features thematic and informative screens with recipes and information at strategic points.
The stores in El Vendrel and Villajoyosa also offer a range of own-brand as well as a-brand goods and fresh produce.
