Irish forecourt retailer Topaz has announced it plans to invest a further €33 million in its retail network in 2017. The new investment is expected to create over 200 jobs.
Over the past year, Topaz has invested €36.1 million in developing its Re.Store brand and upgrading - and rebranding - its recently acquired Esso network.
The investment also covered the development of two Topaz sites, at City Avenue, in Dublin and Ballysimon, in Limerick.
Topaz, which last year was taken over by Canada's Couche-Tard, is Ireland's largest fuel and convenience brand, operating with 444 company-owned or independent service stations nationwide.
