Italian food retailer Unes has announced the appointment of Alessandro Barchetti as its new marketing and communications director.
Barchetti has extensive experience in the retail sector, having worked for over 11 years at video game retailer GameStop, where he served as digital manager, senior marketing manager and head of digital.
A specialist in marketing and digital strategies, Barchetti also works as professor and supervisor for a number of universities and private institutes, Unes said in a statement.
'Dynamic Company'
The new marketing and communication director said that he is “very excited” to have joined a dynamic company like Unes.
Barchetti will offer his digital expertise to achieve the companies goals, support the development of a new retail model, and oversee the integration between physical and digital components, according to the company.
