Spanish co-op group Unide has opened three new Udaco stores in Benidorm, La Cala and Arenzana de Abajo.
The new shops are managed by Aasim Naveed Muhammad Nisa and Miguel Guillamón Granell, new partners of the co-op, and together they account for 400 square metres of selling space.
The three shops feature fresh bakery, charcuterie and fruit and vegetables sections as well as a large offering of own-brand Unide products.
As reported by financialfood.com, counting these, Unide has now opened 50 shops in 2016 - 35 trade under the Udacos banner, 10 are Unide Supermarkets and five are Unide Markets. The co-op's new openings represent 9,350 square metres of surface and 184 new jobs.
