Property investment and development company, Town Centre Securities has completed the new-build Waitrose grocery store in Milngavie.
The 36,000 sq ft store was built by McLaughlin & Harvey, and includes improved traffic, drainage and flood management.
Speaking about the development, Richard Lewis, property director of Town Centre Securities, said: "Our development of the Waitrose Milngavie store is a superb example of excellence in design construction and collaboration between TCS, Waitrose, West of Scotland Football Club, McLaughlin & Harvey and East Dunbartonshire Council, in order to bring about a considerable benefit to the local community. "
Town Centre Securities also owns the building where Waitrose trades on Byres Road, Glasgow.
