Convenience wholesaler Lekkerland has announced the appointment of a new managing director.
Rikus Kolster has taken on the role of managing director, effective 1 October, replacing Peter Spitlbauer, who is expected to leave the business in March 2019.
Kolster previously headed up corporate purchasing and category management for food, non food and tobacco at Frechen’s, a wholesale and logistics business.

In addition, Stefan Punke has been announced as the head of Lekkerland’s German sales division, effective 1 November.
Punke previously worked at Lekkerland, departing the business in 2013. He will now report to CEO Patrick Steppe as vice president of national sales.
