Poland's Żabka has announced that it will hire more than 50 employees for various warehouse processes in its logistics centre in Szałszy and Będszyna.
The new recruits will include forklift truck operators, warehouse specialists, warehouse strategy specialists, controllers, shipment specialists, dispatchers, logistics support specialists and analysts.
With this move, the retailer aims to improve the efficiency of its supply chain.
An Important Area
Director of the logistics department at Żabka, Katarzyna Słabowska, said, "Logistics is one of the most important areas of activity for retailers, which allows them to respond to the clients' needs in the best way, so that they can find what they need on store shelves.
"That is why we focus on the continuous development of our logistics centres, looking for more specialists that will support us in everyday challenges and further improve processes related to the receipt and distribution of goods."
Attractive Remuneration
The roles will offer attractive remuneration as well as bonuses and transport allowances.
The retailer will also offer further professional development opportunities through training.
Żabka operates three other logistics centres in Plewiska, Nadarzyn, and Tychy.
