Retail giant Spar is continuing with its expansion plan in Georgia, and has opened eight new stores in the past few months, bringing the total number of outlets in the country to 36.
Spar Georgia says that with these openings it has penetrated three new local markets, and aims to open up to ten more stores before the end of the year.
Food Offerings
All of the new stores are between 110 and 135 square metres in size and offer a broad selection of fresh produce, traditional Georgian baked goods, and food-to-go options.
The stores also feature Spar Georgia's new private label line, Daily Choice, which was launched this summer. The range includes cakes, salads, pizza, and ready meals.
