Spar Poland has launched a new mobile app, which aims to provide customers with 'an additional sales and communication channel'.
The retailer says that the new application, which is available for Apple and Android users, will have a range of features that will make shopping easier for customers.
Users can create a customised shopping list, which can then be shared online, as well as gain access to current promotions, find their nearest Spar store, and check opening hours.
The app will also feature Spar Poland's quarterly Ze smakiem ('With taste') brochure.
Expansion Plans
The retailer says that further development of the app is in progress, with plans to incorporate push notifications and bar code scanning in the future.
Spar currently operates more than 200 stores in Poland. Last month it began trialling its Spar Express convenience format in Krakow, with the aim of expanding the concept across the country.
