Cosmetics company Beiersdorf France has appointed a new supply chain chief in Flore Maynard, a move which is part of an ongoing management rejuvenation.
The German company controls prominent European brands such as Elastoplast, Eucerin, Labello, La Prairie, and Nivea. At Beiersdorf, Maynard will “develop an innovative and flexible supply chain which will be an essential element of the business through providing a solid and engaged service,” she said in a press release.
In the past, Maynard has been a supply chain analyst at Lancôme, managed Kiehl’s supply chain division in the US, and been a supply chain director for Biotherm and Helena Rubinstein in France.
“In a market that is becoming more and more complex in terms of product offerings and distribution channels in a global context, I am convinced that supply chains are more than ever before essential for growth,” Maynard stated.
