Multinational cereal-based product producer Cerealto continues to expand in Southern Europe by acquiring new bread and pastries factories in Spain.
An agreement has been signed with Spanish company Grupo Siro for the acquisition for a sliced bread production factory in Antequera (Málaga) and another one for pastries production in Briviesca (Burgos).
Cerealto will maintain all job positions in both factories as well as all the current labour conditions.
Local Suppliers
Cerealto will continue to work with local suppliers, fulfilling all previous commitments with Grupo Siro’s suppliers. The company will also incorporate the new projects of its clients in Spain and other international markets.
This operation comes after Cerealto’s recent acquisition of a biscuit factory in Mem Martins (Portugal).
