Polish retailer Dino Polska has announced the opening of its new distribution centre in Łobez, in the Western Pomeranian Voivodship.
The distribution centre will supply goods to the rapidly growing network of Dino stores in the region and support its ongoing expansion, the retailer said.
The facility, spread across an area of 47,000 square meters, is equipped with a freezer, refrigerated storage area, controlled-temperature warehouses, and dry goods warehouses.
It also has an office with technical infrastructure, roads, and parking spots.
Eco-Friendly Campus
The distribution centre has implemented several environmentally friendly technological solutions, such as LED lighting and energy-efficient heating and cooling systems.
The facility will allow the retailer to collaborate with new regional producers, thereby expanding its assortment of regional products.
It will create around 600 new jobs, including administrative and managerial positions, manual labourers as warehouse staff members.
