Seafood company Icelandic Group has announced the decision to sell the UK branch of its operations, Seachill.
Seachill is a supplier of chilled fish to the UK retail market, owner of The Saucy Fish Co., and employs over 750 people.
The company says that Seachill has a 'strong position in its category' and achieved revenues totalling £266.3 million in 2016.
Icelandic Group also has distribution companies in Spain and the Benelux countries, and incorporates High Liner Foods which is one of the largest processors and marketers of frozen fish in the US.
