French logistics firm ID Logistics, which counts Auchan and Carrefour among its clients, has posted a 6.4-per-cent increase in revenues (5.4 per cent at constant exchange rates) to €442.1 million in the first half of its financial year.
In its native France, revenues grew by 3.3 per cent, the company said, while in its international business, revenue was up 10.6 per cent.
The Cavaillon-based firm recently announced that it will support Auchan Group with the reorganisation of its logistics flows, by using its Brebières site in France to centralise its textile products for France and Europe.
“The quality of our 2015 half-year results confirms the success of our growth strategy," said Eric Hémar, chairman and CEO of ID Logistics.
"We are pleased with the signing of new clients in new business sectors, in particular, healthcare. We remain focused on the successful execution of our road map and accelerated deleveraging to seize acquisition opportunities as they arise in the short and medium terms."
Last October, ID Logistics was selected by Carrefour to manage the group’s first logistics warehouse in China.
