Premium French organic-product maker Léa Nature, whose goods are stocked by Carrefour and other leading supermarket chains, is to buy the Charente-Maritime factory in Perigny.
The site has been purchased from the vehicle technology firm Delphi. In its wake, the organic-product specialist will establish a cosmetics-production facility, as well as a facility for packing dry foodstuffs.
Delphi has decided to discontinue is activity in the area of Périgny, UsineNouvelle.com reports.
Léa Nature wishes to begin activity in Charente-Maritime in November of this year. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed to the media.
Léa Nature produces organic food, dietary and cosmetic products, as well as homewares.
