According to Slovakian newspaper spectator.sme.sk, the new facility will be 128,000 square metres, of which the built up area will be 52,000 square metres.

The construction of the new Slovakian warehouse is part of Lidl's €200 million investment plan for up to 2018.
Lidl is one of the biggest retail chains in Slovakia with 123 stores across the country and currently two large logistic centres.
