TUTTOFOOD, the exhibition dedicated to quality Italian and international food and beverage, is preparing for its 2021 edition, which is set to take place at Fiera Milano from 17 to 20 May.
The event will see exhibitors and buyers travel from all over the world to Italy, where they will focus on innovation, strategies and the future of the supply chain.
Preparation for the event is underway, with scouting activities to increase the number of hosted buyers from countries of particular interest, such as Singapore, Japan, the USA, the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and the Netherlands.
To date, more than 550 names have already confirmed their participation, from Belgium, Germany, Greece, Ireland, The Netherlands, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Spain, the United States, Switzerland and Taiwan, as well as Italy.
The organisers are also planning strategies to involve more bloggers, influencers and trendsetters in the exhibition.

One of the new highlights will be TUTTOFRUIT, an area dedicated to fresh fruit and vegetables and innovation in the IV and V ranges, which value fruit and vegetable products with high service content.
The 2021 edition will focus on organic development in TUTTOWINE, TUTTODIGITAL and TUTTOHEALTH, and on consolidating more traditional sectors.

Evolution Plaza will be the area showcasing next-generation digital transformation solutions – the core of TUTTODIGITAL – while the Innovation Area will present the new TUTTOFOOD contest dedicated to innovation.
The event will feature the new Fiera Milano Platform, dedicated to the entire community of supply chains.
In addition, it will host the third edition of MEAT-TECH, the IPACK-IMA exhibition dedicated to processing and packaging solutions for the meat, meat products and ready meal industry.
