A.S. Watson Wins ECR E-Commerce Award

A.S. Watson, one of the world's largest health and beauty retailers, has been awarded an ECR Recognition Award, to acknowledge its outstanding achievements in digital and e-commerce activities.

The firm was presented with the award at the 14th Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) Asia Pacific Conference.

“We are glad to receive such an important recognition in the digital category, and it certainly reinforces the importance of A.S. Watson’s strategy of building Customer 360, a multichannel experience from physical stores to online touchpoints," said Malina Ngai, JP, chief operating officer of A.S. Watson Group.

"We are determined to make digital an integral part of our businesses across the globe because this is what customers expect, and customer experience is always our priority.”

A.S. Watson has invested $60 million since 2012 in building a digital customer-relationship management platform for each of the 24 markets in which it operates.
