Data and predictive analytics firm IRI has been awarded an Investors in People (IIP) accreditation, an award that acknowledges an employer’s commitment to high performance through good business and people management.
IRI was presented with the award for its 400-strong UK organisation based in Bracknell, Berkshire.
The award particularly noted IRI's internal communications processes as being 'particularly successful', as well as recognising IRI’s commitment to empowering staff to help drive client service.
'People-Driven Culture'
"We are delighted with our Investors in People accreditation, as it reflects our focus on creating a strong people-driven culture that our employees can be proud of," said Dan Finke, managing director of IRI UK.
"It’s also the culmination of the UK team’s hard work and commitment to be the very best employer in the region. We look forward to building on this important achievement in the coming years, as we continuously look to improve on our ability to retain and attract the best talent in the industry.”
Held by over 10,000 organisations around the world, Investors in People is seen as an international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.
