Grocery retailer Caprabo has announced a new click and collect service in Catalonia, Spain. The new technology will allow clients to order fresh products via the Internet and collect them in a time not exceeding two hours, the company has said.
Capabro's new 'Click&Collect' service, which is still in a trial period, will operate from its site, Caprabocasa.com. At the same time, the company has launched a 'Click&Drive' application, which allows customers to collect products from their cars, without having to park at the supermarket.
Julian Sánchez, Director of Caprabo's site, said that the technology is suitable for clients that have no time. "Clients care about comfort and speed", he said.
The retailer's site started selling food in 2001. Today, around 10,000 products can be purchased at Caprabocasa.com.
