Carrefour Belgium has announced that it has signed an agreement with technology provider Integration Matters to implement its nJAMS ('not Just Another Monitoring Solution') product into its supply chain.
The system allows for real-time monitoring of a businesses automated business processes, and has been deployed with a view to improving customer service at the retailer.
In a statement, Carrefour Belgium said it would be using the system to 'realize seamless customer journeys across all channels and touchpoints, providing a clear view on products and promotions'.
