ECR Community, a group which aims to deliver consumer benefits through collaborative practices between trading partners along the FMCG supply chain, is launching a series of three webinars, which discuss the significant changes that have been made in the area of online category management.
The first of these, entitled 'Tomorrow's Category Management Today: How do Brands Achieve their Goals in a World Without Planograms and Shelves?', is taking place on 5 September, and deals with the latest changes and trends in the online retail channel.
It features talks from Declan Carolan, co-chair of ECR Community and general manager of ECR Ireland, along with Daniel Corsten, professor at IE Business School, and Danny Silverman, who leads product and corporate marketing at Clavis Insight.
The second webinar, 'Availability in the Online Channel: The Influence of Online out of Stocks on Consumer Behaviour and Sales', discusses what brands can do to ensure their products are always in stock in the right online stores, while the third looks at online content and what brands and retailers need to consider if they are to engage with the fast-growing crowd of online consumers. These will take place in early October and November.
