UK mobile operator EE has announced a partnership with supermarket chain Sainsbury's, with plans to open 100 new outlets in the next two years.
The expansion plan will see the opening of new EE shop formats in Sainsbury's and Argos stores across the UK, and will create 400 new retail jobs.
Customer Service
This partnership will increase EE's retail portfolio to 700 stores by 2019, with new customer service hubs, pop-up shops in shopping centres, and mobile vans to serve customers in remote areas.
"We’ve learned there’s no substitute for getting help from an expert in person," said Marc Allera, CEO of EE.
"We’re investing in more people in our customer service teams, more stores for them to serve customers from, and exciting new technology that will help our teams provide even better service."
