The Austrian retailer Hofer (Aldi) was awarded two gold IAA Effie Awards for advertising and marketing communication on November 8th.
The retailer was up against 80 competitors in the service and newcomer categories. Hofer's innovative launch-campaign for HoT, its private label telecommunication system, garnered the company these awards.
Twenty marketing experts formed the jury that adjudicated eleven categories. Hofer worked with the media agency mediastrategen and the creative agency Büro von List on the campaign.
