Analytics company, Irisys celebrated its 20th year in operation today, 15 April. Since its establishment, the leading supplier of people counting detectors and queue intelligence systems has shipped over 350,000 counting sensors worldwide, and now has 145 partners across 100 countries.
President of Irisys Americas, Chris Precious commented, "For 20 years, we have been committed to not only meeting and exceeding retailers’ expectations, but anticipating them as well."
"One way we’ve accomplished this is through our extremely low rate of returned product, which is currently 0.06 per cent. This astoundingly low rate validates our industry-leading reliability and superior manufacturing standards."
The company’s thermal imaging solutions are used by some of the world’s leading retailers to boost customer service, and operational efficiency, including supermarkets likes Tesco and Kroger.
Irisys has celebrated a number of achievements recently, including the introduction of its new Thermal 2.0 technology which uses thermal imagery to monitor low-light and no-light areas, and its Estate Manager software, designed to make installing, monitor and managing its IP-enabled people counting devices easier than ever.
"Never before has it seen such tremendous change in such a short amount of time," said Precious.
"We look forward to continuing our pace-setting excellence by leveraging this new era of science and industry to further enhance our anticipatory, client-centered solutions."
