Lidl has expanded its customer loyalty programme to Serbia by launching the Lidl Plus app in the country, where it operates 57 stores in 34 cities.
The Lidl Plus application provides access to additional discounts, personalised coupons and current offers.
The app can be installed on smartphones via Google Play, Apple Store, or HarmonyOS/Huawei.
The digital card needs to be scanned when paying at the checkout. Users benefit from one-time discounts on select products, which can be combined with other offers for greater savings.
The coupons need to be activated before use and a special offer of items is updated every week. On occasion of the launch, Lidl Plus users will be able to avail of discounts up to 40%.
The Lidl Plus loyalty programme is actively used by consumers in more than 25 countries around the world.
Lidl thus joins other leading grocery retailers in Serbia that have their own digital customer loyalty apps, such as Delhaize Serbia's 'Moj Maxi' and Mercator-S' 'Super Kartica'.
