Modern-Expo Advances Future Postal Opportunities At Post-Expo 2017

Modern-Expo Group joined Post-Expo – the world's leading postal-, parcel- and courier-industry exhibition – for the first time this year, to showcase a new, innovative solution that will drive postal-industry opportunities.

The FreshBox parcel locker is a self-service terminal that enables customers to receive parcels where and when it is most convenient for them.

What makes the Modern-Expo solution unique is the ability to instal special cells to store online-ordered fresh food in the terminal. The temperature, which varies from +2 to +8 °C, allows the products to remain fresh until the order is picked up by the customer.

It is a perfect solution for postal operators, delivery services, e-commerce, logistic companies, retailers, and even pharmacies.

Great Potential

Modern-Expo’s first experience at Post-Expo and its FreshBox premiere were a huge success. The company’s booth proved Modern Expo’s great potential as a global manufacturer, as well as the professionalism of its teamwork and its creativity.

In addition to the parcel lockers, the company also presented sorting and conveying systems, high racks, dynamic storage solutions, roll containers and trolleys.
