A study by the Spanish arm of the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) has named Simply, Ulabox and TuDespensa as the most effective online supermarkets in the country, offering the best user and client experience, reports Expansion.com.
The study, that was presented in Google's Spanish campus, also rated Hipercor, Carrefour, Eroski and Dia with a medium score, followed by Alcampo, Mercadona and Caprabo.
TheInteraction Design Foundation is an nonprofit international organisation that works towards developing improved user experiences online.
