Target has launched an international eCommerce website to allow global online shoppers to purchase its products.
Intl.Target.com features around 50 per cent of the products that is available on Target.com with categories such as fashion, beauty home, household, baby and toys.
Product pricing is the same to what is being offered to online shoppers in the US, and are in the local currency.
The checkout page is also translated into the local language.
Speaking on the new website, Jason Goldberger, president of Target.com and Mobile, said, “We believe international consumers will love shopping the great brands, great prices and exclusive products that are synonymous with Target."
He continued, "Target.com already gets tens of millions of visitors every year from outside the US, and this test will give us even greater insight into how shoppers around the world engage with Target.”
