For the sixth year running, Serbian consumers have declared their favourites in 21 categories of the 'My Choice 2015' awards, which counted with the participation of 195 domestic products and brands.
The most popular Serbian food product award went to the company Bambi for its "Plazma Keks" biscuit, while the award for the favorite domestic producer was assigned to dairy Imlek.
Gold medals went to "Moja Kravica" in the category "Milk and Milk Products"; "Plazma Keks" in the category "Sweets"; "Zlatiborac" in the category "Meat and Meat Products"; "Diamant Ulje" in the category "Oil, Side Dishes and Toppings"; "Knjaz Miloš" in the category "Mineral Water"; "Frikom" in the category "Fruits and Vegetables"; and "Začin C" in the category "Soups, Flour and Seasonings".
The list of award-winning products and companies also includes "Nektar" juices; "Smoki" snacks; "Ždrepčeva Krv" wine; "Lav" beer and "Gorki list" herbal liqueur.
Besides voting in Maxi supermarkets (part of Delhaize Group), this year's choice also included internet voting, with the most votes received by "Valjevsko Pivo" beer.
The survey involved 2,010 respondents in 14 cities across Serbia and was organised by the association "Moja Srbija" and the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia.
