Frédérique Villiard has joined L’Oréal France Grand Public’s management as director of business development, leaving the marketing department of Unilever, where she worked for longer than 20 years, lsa-conso.fr reports.
The 46-year-old, who graduated from French business school ESSEC, had worked as head of products for the Anglo-Dutch FMCG-producer, as well as its director of product-marketing.
Most recently she was Unilever’s international director of customer marketing.
Villiard joins L’Oréal with two decades of knowledge of the FMCG sector.
